Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Aideck (the “Service”), operated by Prowebio (“we”, “us”). By adding the Aideck bot to a Discord server or signing in to the dashboard you agree to these Terms. If you add the Service to a server on behalf of a community or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. The Service

Aideck provides AI-assisted support answers, ticketing and related tools for Discord servers. AI-generated answers are based on content provided by server administrators and may be incomplete or wrong. Server administrators are responsible for the knowledge they provide and for decisions made based on AI output.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • The Free plan is provided at no cost with the limits shown on the pricing page.
  • The Plus plan is a monthly Discord server subscription purchased through Discord’s Premium Apps system. Payment, taxes, refunds and cancellation are processed by Discord under Discord’s terms.
  • A Plus subscription applies only to the server it was purchased for.
  • Usage limits are enforced per server and reset each billing period. We do not charge overages.
  • When a subscription ends, the server returns to the Free plan. Data is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or any law.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or import websites you are not authorized to import.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or circumvent limits or security of the Service.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data (e.g. passwords, payment card numbers, health data) into tickets or the knowledge base.

We may suspend servers or accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit it solely to operate the Service, including sending relevant excerpts to our AI provider to generate answers. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot and deleting your account in the dashboard. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms.
